"Bader" Platform
The Department of Human Resources launched the "Bader" platform to enhance the culture of volunteer work, and to support the efforts of volunteers at the level of the Emirate of Sharjah by working to harness the experiences, skills and talents of community members from Sharjah government employees and job seekers registered with the Department of Human Resources, and to involve them in the volunteering process. Within an integrated and sustainable system for volunteer work at all times in general and in times of crisis in particular.
The platform displays all volunteer opportunities posted by Sharjah Government entities, and those wishing to volunteer can choose the appropriate opportunity according to their specializations, interests, skills and experiences, and it also enables the volunteer to view the volunteer hours, the number of volunteering time, the volunteer entities, and the assessment of the volunteer entities.
The platform provides opportunities for field volunteering on the field, supporting various community groups, and virtual volunteering remotely from home.
